Engaged to create a new experience for a highly sought after Capitol Hill office building, which is home to three major broadcast networks. Created a relevant, marketable story bringing it to life both through brand and the built environment.
A new brand
The building has long has two names which led to confusion for potential tenants and brokers alike. I built a brand around its most regal name “Hall of the States” a nod to the flags that hang in the building for every state in the union, just steps from the Capitol.
